For the first time, the Sliders slide straight into a plane. They are wearing clothes which are more suitable for Antarctica than anywhere else, from their previous Slide. Clearly there are many Slides in between episodes which we do not get to see except in the fanfics..

Arturo and Quinn have to land the plane after it gets hit and the pilot and air hostesses are missing completely. When they land they find out that the people on the plane have not gone to a vacation, they are there to take part in a large 'game' where everyone's life is at stake. It is some weird tv-like show somehow with a large prize. Arturo ends up injured and temporarily is blinded.
